‪ Test: Front Squat; take 6 attempts
* Build to a heavy single (start at 55%, try to reach your max or exceed) ‬

Conditioner: Every 5 mins for 15 mins
‪- 21 Wall Balls 20/14
‪- 15 Hang Squat Cleans 115/75
‪- 9 Burpee Box Jump Overs‬
