Strength/Skills:

A) 4 Sets of

– 4 Push Press
– 3 Push Jerks

B) 3 Sets of

– 3 Clean Pull + 3 Power Clean + 3 Dip + 1 Pause Split Jerk (pause in split for 3 seconds)
– Then (2+1+2) x 2, Then (1+1+1) x 3

C) 4 Sets of

– 4 Clean Pulls with Pause At Mid Knee (pause for 2 seconds)

D) 3 Sets of

– 20 Barbell Back Rack Walking Lunges

* Perform 25 Weighted Sit ups in between sets.
