OLY 22-9 / Week 1

Strength/Skills:

A) 3 Sets of:

– 2 Muscle Clean + 2 Strict Press + 2 Close Grip OHS + 2 Squat Jerk

* In between sets, do 20 jump to lands in split position without weight. Practice correct footwork.

B) 5 Sets of:

– 1 Pause Clean Deadlift to Mid Knee + 1 Clean From the Floor + 1 Front Squat + 1 Jerk

C) 3 Sets of:

– 3 Clean Pull @ 90% of best clean

D) 3 sets

– 10 Chin-ups

Then… 3 sets

– 10 Weighted Hip Extensions
