Strength/Skills:

A) 3 sets of

– 3 Muscle Snatch + 3 Tall Snatch + 3 Snatch balance Without a Dip + 3 Zotts Press
* In between sets, 10 DB Flies, slow and Controlled

B) Snatch Deadlift to Mid Thigh (pause for three seconds) + Snatch Pull+ Snatch (1+1+2) x 2, (1+1+1) x 3

C) 3 sets of

– 3 Hang Power Clean + 3 Power Clean + 3 Push Press

D) Back Squat: 5,3,1, 10,10,10
