Strength/Skills:

A) 3 sets of:
– 3 Muscle Snatch + 3 Tall Snatch + 3 Snatch balance Without a Dip + 3 Zotts Press
* In between sets, 10 DB Flies. Slow and Controlled

B) 2 & 3 sets of:
– 1 Snatch Deadlift to Mid Thigh (pause for three seconds) + 1 Snatch Pull + 2 Snatch
– 1 Snatch Deadlift to Mid Thigh (pause for three seconds) + 1 Snatch Pull + 1 Snatch

C) 3 sets of;

– 3 Hang Power Clean + 3 Power Clean + 3 Push Press

D) 5,3,1 & 10,10,10

– Back Squats
