Conditioner: In Buddy-teams

A: 6 min AMRAP

- Thrusters 45/35

Then… 10 mins to find your 2 RM Overhead squat. Alternate with your buddy.

—> 3 min Rest/group stretch-mobility

B: 4 min AMRAP

- Thrusters 45/35

Then… 10 mins to find your 2 RM Front squat. Alternate with your buddy.

—> 3 min Rest/group stretch-mobility

C: 2 min AMRAP

- Thrusters 45/35

Then… 10 mins to find your 2 RM Back squat. Alternate with your buddy.

* Once the bar starts moving you cannot put it down on the floor. Decide with your buddy when to switch.
