Skills: 15 mins technique training

- Barbell excersices

Conditioner: “Yeah another Buddy ”

10 Min AMRAP

In a buddy team:

- B1 Plate Bearhug 45/35

- B2 Max Reps Power Clean 135/95

——-> 2 Min Rest

8 Min AMRAP

- B1 Plate Bearhug 45/35

- B2 Max Reps Push Jerk  115/75

——-> 2 Min Rest

6 Min AMRAP

- B1 Plate Bearhug 45/35

- B2 Max Reps Clean & Jerks 95/65

* Score is all reps together for all AMRAP’s

** While B1 is holding a plate in a bear hug (not on the shoulder) the other can
do reps.

*** Divide reps however you want as long as someone is holding the plate

**** Penalty for dropping plate is 200m team run.
