WOD 22-4 / “Can you lift an Elephant”?

Conditioner: “Can you lift an Elephant(s)?”

In buddy-teams:

A: 8 min Bench Press for total weight
Then… 400 m buddy-run for time

—–> 2 min Rest

B: 8 min Hang Power Cleans for total weight
Then… 400m buddy-run for time!

—–> 2 min Rest

C: 8 min Wall Balls for total weight
Then… 400m buddy-run for time!

* Choose a weight with your buddy, and use 1 barbell
** Your score = weight x reps. Example: You and your buddy make 80 reps in 8 min with 50kg. 80 x 50 = 4000kg. Choose a weight you can make at least 5 unbroken reps with, but 10 or more could also work!

Just for facts; an African male elephant can grow to 6000kg ;-)
