Conditioner: “the Cardio ladder” In buddy teams!

48 Min For max distance and climb the ladder as far as possible

Buddy 1: Row 1000m

Buddy 2:

– 1 Sit-Up
– 1 Burpee
– 1 Push Up
– 1 KB Swing 24/16

2-2-2-2, 3-3-3-3 etc etc

* Change positions after buddy 1 is done with the Row
** Continue the ladder where buddy 1 stopped
