WOD 29-1 / Back Squats

Strength/Skills: Every 2 mins for 10 mins

– Back Squats 6-4-2-2-1 Reps

then perform 1 set of…

– Back Squats Max Unbroken Reps @ 80% (The goal is to match or beat last weeks reps!)
(your allowed only one full breathing cycle at the top of the lift –
exhale, inhale, brace and descend – once more rest is taken at the top,
the set is over)

Conditioner: 8 RFT
– 4 Power Cleans 155/115
– 8 Toes 2 Bar
– 12 Wall Balls 20/14

* Mandatory 30 sec rest b/w rounds!!
** TC = 20 mins
