WOD 3-4 / Deadlifts

Strength: Every 3 Mins for 15 Mins
– 5 Deadlifts
– MAX reps Stict Pull-Ups

* Preform your set of pull ups immediatley after each set of deadlifts.

Conditioner: 5 RFT

As an UNBROKEN complex once you pick up the Deadlift @ 135/95

– 5 Deadlifts
– 4 Hang Power Cleans
– 3 Front Squats
– 2 Shoulder to Overhead
– 1 Overhead Squat

TC = 20 mins

* If you drop the bar your round doesn’t COUNT !!
